OneCut is a multi-user tool: you drop in a video and a short topic, and it generates platform-tailored captions and publishes to the social media accounts you've connected. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account info — your email address, used for sign-in (a one-click magic link — we never see or store a password) and to identify your subscription.
• Subscription status — your trial and billing status, so the app knows whether you're entitled to publish.
• Connected platform tokens — when you connect Instagram, Facebook, Threads, or TikTok, we store the access token that platform issues, tied to your account. It's used only to publish the content you explicitly submit to the accounts you explicitly connected — never to read, browse, or access anything else on your behalf.
• Uploaded video — held on our server only for the duration of a publish request, then deleted immediately after. We don't keep a library of your videos.

Who else sees this data

We don't sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. A few services are necessarily involved in running OneCut itself:

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles sign-in.
• Stripe — processes payment for subscriptions. We never see or store your card details ourselves.
• Resend — delivers the sign-in email.
• The platform you're publishing to (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok) — necessarily, since that's the whole point of a connection.

Deleting your data

Email contact@pragmiq.com at any time to request deletion of your account and all associated data — connected platform tokens, subscription records, and account info. We'll confirm once it's done.
